Greg Coticchia, Chief Executive Officer

Greg joined the eBillingHub as CEO in 2007, after serving as an advisor to the firm for over four years. He has over twenty five years experience in high technology products and services and is considered to be one of the best marketing executives in the technology business. He has lead or been a major contributor in two of the largest and most successful software companies in the world, LEGENT (now CA) and AXENT (now Symantec), in addition to participating in eight start-ups including being a founder of one. Greg has held executive positions for the better than two-thirds of his career and has participated in various levels of organizations, from '$0M to over $1B' in revenues. He has participated in raising over $35M in venture capital in his career, and has actively participated in over sixteen mergers and acquisitions, at both the company or product level.

Greg has twice served as both CEO and COO of start-up companies, and has been involved or responsible for the launch of over 100 products and solutions, and several companies. His publications and presentations on marketing strategy and product management have been recognized as both visionary and thought-provoking by leaders in the technology business. Greg has served on many boards, assisting senior management with strategic planning and other critical initiatives, and has been recognized for his work and contribution in his service to these organizations.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh in Industrial Engineering where he also received his MBA, he currently teaches both business-to-business marketing and entrepreneurial leadership at the University Of Pittsburgh Katz School Of Business. Greg has also been an instructor for Duquesne University School of Leadership, and the University of Phoenix, and guest lecturer at Carnegie-Mellon University.

In addition to his many recognitions and awards from the businesses he has served, Greg was named as a finalist three times for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and for the Tech 50 CEO of the Year. Additionally he was named a 2006 Distinguished Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business.

Daniel Garcia, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder

Daniel is well known in the law firm community for his expertise. He often speaks and writes articles on industry forums. With ample experience in legal e-Billing, software architecture and internet-based applications, Daniel is responsible for technology strategy and all software product development at the eBillingHub.

Daniel received his B.S. degree in Software Engineering from the University of Madrid and his M.S. degree in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh.

Gabriela Isturiz, Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder

In her role as CSO, Ms. Isturiz leads the professional services, customer support/care, product definition strategy, and project management of releases. A native of Venezuela, Ms. Isturiz conceived and developed the original idea of what is today the eBillingHub in 2001.

Ms. Isturiz has more than 16 years of experience in software and technology and has worked for IBM, Venezuela Central Bank, and as senior consultant for USX and Allegheny Power. Most recently, in her role at Dickie, McCamey, and Chilcote as Director of Applications, Development and Support for over ten years, she gained intimate knowledge of law firms’ inner workings, and the need for software to automate business processes. She has extensive industry contacts in law firms and within the vendor community.

Ms. Isturiz obtained her Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Metropolitan University of Venezuela, 1993 and a Master of Science in Information Science, University Of Pittsburgh, 1999.

Robert Delach, Chief Financial Officer

Bob Delach is a senior financial and operations executive with strong leadership experience in large and small organizations, including: manufacturing; distribution; retail; software; consulting and professional services. His areas of expertise include: financial management, strategic planning, work process improvement, supply chain management, internal control, financial analysis, goal setting, team building, management and leadership. He is a proven leader with strong interpersonal, analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills.

Bob also serves as Chief Financial Officer for Geospatial Systems, Inc. (GSI) and as CFO of MobileFusion. Prior to his current roles, Bob was one of the founding shareholders and CFO of MRO DIRECT, Inc. a $4 million commercial industrial start up, providing supply chain procurement efficiencies for indirect materials (MRO).

Bob also has substantial executive and consulting experience with a variety of early stage growth companies Prior to the working as an executive with these early stage growth companies, Bob developed a wide range of financial skills and accumulated valuable management experience at Servistar Corporation ($1.5 Billion Hardware Wholesaler). Before joining Servistar, Bob spent four years with the accounting firm LaFrance, Walker, Jackley and Saville, during which time he became a Certified Public Accountant. Bob has a B.S. in accounting from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Bob is a member of the A.I.C.P.A and the P.I.C.P.A.

Ryan Ladisic, Vice President of Sales

Ladisic, brings 14 years worth of sales history years of sales experience to eBillingHub with 5 of them selling and servicing legal software.

Before joining eBillingHub, Ladisic was Director of Business Development with Kinesix Software, where he was tasked with taking their new .net product to market, expanding their partner distribution channel, building out their sales organization. Prior to that he held sales-manager positions with Houston-based DataCert, where he managed the company’s Midwest sales efforts and also expanded its Northeast sales team.

Before DataCert, he held a sales position with Palo Alto-based Integration Appliance (IntApp), serving as the company’s first remote employee. In this role, he was tasked with building and executing a go to market strategy for the Northeast corridor.

Ladisic has also served in sales positions with Nextel Communications and AT&T Wireless. In addition, he brings a great deal of entrepreneurial experience to our company. In 2002 he founded the ACC Group, where they developed a software application which helped Fortune 1,000 companies optimize their corporate wireless expenditures.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College of NJ and an MBA from Mercy College of NY.
