How it Works
The eBillingHub connects directly to your time and billing system as well as your client’s
ebilling vendors. As a result it can help you manage the key aspects of the eBilling process,
but in a much better and simpler way than the manual mode most law firms do their work
today.
By providing a singe web interface for all access to all the electronic bills,
submission can be completed easily and simply, and from this one screen.
Errors are eliminated
through the eBillingHub’s ‘trial posting’ function that highlights errors before they are actually
submitted, saving you time and money, so you don’t have to wait for the information from
various vendor portals.

Your e-Billing process... today...
Every step of your existing e-billing process can be improved with the eBillingHub.
Some steps can be eliminated as well. To process a single bill
today you would typically follow the following export/import process:
- 1) Export the bill from your Time and Billing system into a LEDES98B file
(or a different format as requested by your clients)
- 2) Open up the file in Notepad to visually check whether it meets your client's instructions (and
make manual edits to the file if necessary)
- 3) Browse to the e-Billing Vendor's website, log in, and navigate to the file upload page
- 4) Import the bill by attaching and uploading the LEDES98B file
- 5) If the file is accepted, collect and print the tracking number and the day and time of the
upload for future reference.
- 6) If the file is rejected, you would fix the errors and start again from step 1
You would repeat this process for the next invoice, except that in each case
the export format, the website, and the import process will be different depending on your
client requirements.
